Hey there, we've made it to the very last day of the decade, can you believe it? Very soon we'll have said good bye to 2019 and hello 2020.
Are you ready to cross over?
It's time to get ready to move. It's time to rise up. It's time to leap. It’s time to cross over!!
As we cross over into a new year and simultaneously a new decade, building a strong prayer life is of paramount importance for the church of God and in the life of the believer. Jesus said, "… My house shall be called a house of prayer" (Matthew 21:13).
Apostle John Eckhardt defines prayer like this: “Prayer is a picture of a son approaching a father. The way we see him is the way we serve him.”
Let's cross over ...
Tonight’s Prayer Focus is based on Joshua 1:1-9, culled from the message by our Overseer Rev. Dr. Oswen Cameron “It’s Time To Cross Over”.
1 After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide: 2 “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. 3 I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4 Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west. 5 No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. 6 Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them. 7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (NIV)
CROSSOVER PRAYER & DECLARATIONS FOR 2020:
In the name of Jesus, I am ready to cross over into 2020 and the new decade, God has prepared to give me.
I shall receive and enjoy the promised good land in every place I set my feet in 2020.
I decree and declare that I shall have double extension of my territories, receive double increase of my possessions and experience abundance of harvests in every year starting from 2020 and over the new decade.
In the Mighty Name of Jesus, as I cross over into 2020, no one will be able to stand against me all of the days of my life in this decade and beyond.
Because I am crossing over in 2020 with the Lord my God – Jehovah Shammah:
He shall be with me always and I shall never be forsaken.
I increase in strength and courage.
I am led by the Holy Spirit.
I receive every good inheritance passed down from my ancestors for me.
I will be careful to obey all the law of God given to me in His Word.
In the year 2020 I shall succeed wherever I go, for I refuse to turn to the right or to the left without consulting God and The Holy Spirit – my Helper.
For the year 2020 and the new decade, I shall keep the Word of God always on my lips; meditating on it day and night, so that I may be careful to do everything written in it, and live a be prosperous and successful life.
In the name of Jesus, I decree and I declare, in 2020:
I am strong
I am courageous
I am not afraid
I have increased favor
I have an increase of wisdom
I possess an increase in faith
I receive increased finances for 2020
I claim an increase in creativity for 2020
I experience an increase in anointing
I have increased power
I receive the increase of revelation
I experience an increase in influence
I live in increased grace
I see increased miracles and breakthroughs
I shall have an increase in utterance
I have increased productivity
I experience an increase in signs & wonders
I see an increased move of God in our Church
I shall not be discouraged, for the Lord my God will be with me wherever I go this decade
