"RESURRECTION POWER"
Unto the Next ...
It is my honor and pleasure to serve each 1st Wednesday in leading the people of God to pray. For the month of April [ the best month of the year :) ] we are focused on the Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ being made manifest within each of us, to do and to perform all the good works predestined for us. Here are the prayer points and scriptural focus for individual prayers.
Part 1: April’s Focus: Walking In Resurrection Power
Isaiah 60:1-5 King James Version (KJV)
1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side. 5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.
Resurrection Declaration:
In this season and month of resurrection, I will arise and shine, for my light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon me.
Even where darkness prevail and gross darkness the people, the LORD Jesus Christ shall arise upon me, and His Glory shall be seen in my life and family.
People will see the Goodness of God in my life and family and praise God with me.
The Gentiles and the nations shall come to my light, and kings to the brightness of my rising. In Jesus Name. AMEN!
Individual Prayer/Declarations:
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the death and resurrection of Your only son Jesus Christ. I thank You for keeping Your Word and frustrating the enemy, thereby bringing us Salvation, and making us Your children through the Blood of Jesus Christ. Be praised forever and ever, in Jesus Name.
Lord Jesus, how wonderful, how marvelous is Your love! To think that You were willing to go through that for me! You arose in victory, joy, liberation, and freedom from the hands of evil men, never to have to go through that again – and You did it all to spare us the same. Now we can say with the apostle Paul, “O death, where is your sting? grave, where is your victory?” (1 Corinthians 15:55-57).
O Lord, as I reflect on the pain that You suffered and how it resulted in such a tremendous victory, it fills me with wonder and gives me hope and peace. Surely, Your love will see me through whatever troubles may come my way this month, from now until eternity! In Jesus Name.
I pray today that the remembrance of Your resurrection bring a new hope to my existence. May Your victory over earthly death turn my eyes away from my troubles to Your unchanging and unfailing promises. May the empty tomb help me to leave my sorrows at the foot of the cross, so that God’s hope, promises and forgiveness reign supremely in my life, forever and ever, in Jesus Name.
Lord I ask with confidence today, that You assign Your angels to roll away every evil stone the enemy has rolled against me, against my family, against my relationship, my career, my business, against my ministry/witness, preventing me from experiencing Your resurrection power, in Jesus Name.
This month O Lord, let the resurrection power begin to quicken, restore, and revive every aspect of my life that the enemy has hurt or damaged in the past, so that I can arise and shine for the light has come; in Jesus name.
Today, I stand in the victory of Christ’s death and resurrection and rebuke satan and his agents from over my life, my family, my finances, my witness and walk with Christ, my church, my country and neighborhoods. I decree that every work of satan that manifested in the 1st quarter of 2018 is destroyed henceforth, in Jesus Name.
“I proclaim that Jesus Christ is the LORD and Savior of my LIFE. HE is the LORD and Savior of my family. He is the LORD and Savior of this nation, in Jesus Name.

1 Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord? who can shew forth all his praise?
3 Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.
4 Remember me, O Lord, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; 5 That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.
10 Corporate Prayer Points “Resurrection Power” for April 2018
Father, we praise You and give thanks unto Your Name for bringing us safely to the second quarter of 2018, in Jesus Name.
Lord Jesus, as we remember and celebrate Your death and resurrection, we once again declare that our trust is in You to be our Savior. Guide us through the dark times of life and give us the courage to live for You all the days of our lives, in Jesus name.
Heavenly Father, we present our family members, relatives, our neighbors, our coworkers, and our members to You. Cause Your light to shine and pour out Your tender love in the hearts of our unsaved family members, relatives, friends and loved ones; bring them unto full salvation.
Holy Spirit, blow through our every word, action, and thought from this day forward, and transform us on the inside so that each day we become more and more like our risen Lord and Savior, in Jesus Name.
We thank You, Lord, for our country (United States of America). While there may be many challenges and political concern, You are good to us as a nation. We pray that Your Spirit will arrest our political leaders and cause righteousness and right leaders to rise up in this Nation according to Your will and purpose, in Jesus Name.
Lord, help us to lift up our eyes round about us that we may see the manifestation of Your Resurrection power, this month, in our church through diverse testimonies, harvests, praise reports and turn around of what looks impossible to us; in Jesus Name.
Father, in this 2nd quarter of 2018, we bring ourselves under the resurrected blood of Jesus. We receive complete forgiveness of our sins and those of our forefathers; we receive full access to the throne of grace; in Jesus Name.
Help us Father, and open our eyes that we see and flow together in unity, bring sons from far, and nurse our daughters at our sides, that no child raised at LHMI (naturally or spiritually) will go astray and stay a wanderer, in Jesus Name.
O Lord fill our hearts with reverential fear for you, that we may be worthy of enlargement and enjoy the abundance of the sea converted unto us, that forces the wealth of the wicked to be released unto us in this second quarter of 2018 of Uncommon Open Doors, starting now.
In this month of April, remember our Pastoral Family and Leadership, O Lord, with the favor that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit us with thy salvation; that we may see the good of thy chosen, that we may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that we may glory with thine inheritance; in Jesus Name. AMEN!
