šŸ Blessed & Thankful 2025šŸ

A Thanksgiving Reflection from Ms. Juanita E. L. Cameron (Miss JelC)

ree

As we gather around tables filled with harvest and hearts full of hope, I pause to honor the sacred rhythm of gratitude that has carried me through 2025. This year, my Thanksgiving theme is simple yet profound: Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name (Psalm 103:1). It’s a daily declaration, a soul-deep reminder that every breath, every breakthrough, every quiet moment of grace is a gift from God.

Thanksgiving isn’t just a holiday for me or about the deals offered, it’s not a holiday I was used to, Thanksgiving is a practised lifestyle. It’s the posture of a heart that remembers. Remembers the prayers answered, the storms calmed, the unexpected provision, and the gentle nudges of divine love. I’ve seen God’s hand in the ordinary and the opulent, in the legacy-building moments and the quiet spaces of reflection. And today, I celebrate with my family, with you my beloved village / community, my tribe, my fellow legacy-makers, curse breakers and blessings reclaimers.

And yes, even in the midst of present circumstances (whatever they may be) GRATITUDE is still our superpower. In a world that often feels heavy with uncertainty, I’ve learned that a grateful heart is a gateway, that opens doorways for God’s blessings to flow, not just occasionally, but daily. Gratitude shifts atmospheres. It shifts our perspective, lifts our spirit, and invites heaven’s favor. It transforms weariness into worship and scarcity into supernatural supply. Even when circumstances challenge our peace, thanksgiving invites heaven’s perspective and positions us for breakthrough.

When we choose to bless the Lord with all that is within us, we activate strength, joy, and divine capacity. I especially thank God for the capacity to rise. To rise in purpose. To rise in prophetic clarity. To rise in legacy leadership.

This year, I’ve seen God fulfill Isaiah 40:31 in my life: ā€œBut they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.ā€

I’ve soared in assignments that once felt too weighty. I’ve walked through seasons that demanded endurance. I’ve run with vision, fueled by grace. And through it all, I’ve remained grateful—not because everything was easy, but because God was faithful.

This year, God has faithfully undergirded me with His wind to soar, He helped me to walk and not faint; and when weariness for the race kicked in, The Holy Spirit my Helper caused me to keep on running and not grow weary, all possible by the comprehensive grace of God at work in me. It’s safe to say, this year has truly stretched me, refined me, and reminded me that obedience births overflow. I am sooooo looking forward to more harvests, spiritual, emotional, and tangible. I’m expectant for what’s next, because I know the One who holds my future is worthy of my praise.

I really thank God for helping me to rise, for every assignment I’ve fulfilled has been a testimony of His grace. From planner launches and Bizz expansion to sacred celebrations, from digital discipleship to prophetic declarations, I’ve seen the fruit of obedience and the beauty of harvest. Gratitude has high ROI. Invest in gratitude as a lifestyle, it pays well. I’m looking forward to more ... More impact. More overflow. More glory.

So today, whether you’re surrounded by family or finding peace in solitude, may this day be a mirror of heaven’s goodness. May your soul be blessed and rise in praise, your spirit overflow with joy, and your heart be anchored in remembrance of the goodness of God.

PRAY WITH ME:

A Thanksgiving Prayer of Gratitude

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of today.

Thank You for breath, for beauty, for blessings seen and unseen.

I bless Your name with all that is within me.

Let my life be a living testimony of Your goodness.

Teach me to remember, to rejoice, and to release gratitude daily.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
